I Couldn't be happier with the customer service and honest approach you get at ACA auto sales. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a reasonably priced vehicle. They have a large selection of cars. I was looking for a car for my daughter and saw ACA’s website online. I called and spoke to Winston, and he said to come down and he could help me out. I can’t say enough about Winston. Very professional, up front and honest. Something you don’t expect from a car salesman. He replaced the brake pads, rotors and calipers and had the car inspected before I bought it at no charge to me. He took care of the registration paperwork the same day. I paid with a bank check that was $200 over what I owed. Winston could have said nothing and kept the $200 but instead he told me I gave him too much and wrote me a check for the $200. Thanks to Winston my daughter was able to drive away in her Nissan Altima. If you’re looking for a used car, I strongly recommend ACA Auto Sales. Call and ask for Winston.

Very Helpful
Best experience I’ve had at a car dealership, Winston was very helpful and patient. Process didn’t take no more than an hour and a half for paperwork and he had even offered a free car wash. Will definitely be coming back in the future and recommending to family and friends!

Literally Best Ever experience
I've bought over 25 cars, and they were high end.. Porsche, Range Rover, Mercedes at high end dealers. *This purchase of my now BMW x5 was not only the easiest process, BUT ALSO the most honest car dealer I've ever experience. Second Family Car
I purchased a Subaru from ACA for my growing family. At that time I was working from home and we only needed one car. Well fast forward 4 years later, we need a second car. Winston at ACA Auto is transparent and helped us make the purchase. Btw 4years with no major issues on the Subaru.

Great experience

Winston is the real deal! Winston is the person I dealt with and I can tell anyone, if you're looking for a car, DON'T BUY UNTIL YOU TRY ACA, Winston is the complete opposite of the used car dealer reputation, I was VERY pleased to find out that there are people who pride themselves on excellence when it comes to customer service, they are HARD to find but I found it dealing with ACA, THANK YOU GUYS!

I came into the dealership to look around. I was showed exactly what I was looking for and nobody pressured me into buying something outside of my budget. Everything was handled within a day and i came to pick up the car the next day. They got me a wash and I was on my way. I will be back!

Outstanding Service - The most honest Dealership I have ever dealt with
For the last few weeks I have taken my son to multiple car dealerships to get him a car for college. Last week we went to ACA and found his ideal car for a really great price. When we went to pick up the car two days after our test drive, Winston, the owner, was not in the office. He had taken the car to have the front two tires replaced . "I know this car is for your son, and I want him to be safe so I am paying for the new tires" he said to me on his return. I have bought many cars over the years and never had a dealership treat me that well. We were happy with the car as it was but Winston went the extra mile for us. He also took care of the DMV admin for us so we literally picked up the keys and drove the car away. Simple. Winston isn't just a great car dealer he is a really decent human being. We don't have enough Winston's in the world right now. I am telling all my family and friends about the superb service levels at ACA Auto Sales. Try them. You will not be disappointed.

I went to this dealership because of the research in other dealerships and past experiences by not studying their reviews. When I studied the reviews of ACA dealership, there were plenty of positives, seamless, and great comments. I had to see for myself because other experiences with other dealerships being horrific. One I went to at 0800am when they opened and stayed until 9:30pm until they closed. I didn't know much about the car purchase process and left with a car upside down off the lot that was over paid. And because I didn't know and was exhausted, it being night, I didn't check the car and drove it off the lot. I was just happy to be able to purchase a car during COVID so my grandchildren wouldn't have to ride the subway. Rushing trying to get ready for lockdown stocking up, it wasn't until a week later, this was not the car I purchased. The make and model was the same but the color was tan instead of gray and had damaged on the back right bumper. The title paperwork even said I purchased a grey car. It took me a year to get the plates. At ACA I was amazed. Mr. Winston went over every detail of the CARFAX with me. He explained the pricing. he explained the warranty. He explained the down payment which was affordable comparable to the car. I wasn't left with thoughts lingering in my mind will I be shafted during the whole process.. Upfront and honest, Mr. Winston was is a man of good character. I highly recommend ACA Auto Sales especially if your a single parent and female! Mr. Winston takes the car to the mechanic for you, gets the inspection, and gets you plates. Real plates not temporary plates. The registration, tags, and other services that would take 2 more trips to the Department of Motor Vehicles, I didn't have to make-a bonus and surprised! Convince! The process wasn't a leave me on the edge of my seat thinking if I am going to get a vehicle! I am coming back for my second car and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I Thank God for Angels because Mr. Winston would be one of them. My advice, Go because the selection of vehicle is more than what is on the website and he can find you another car from his associates to your like. I was catered to and you will be also!

Just as I was ready to give up I came across ACA auto sales in Lynbrook NY, I first read the reviews and crossed checked them on google and other search engines, I then looked at their Better business bureau rating and that was good, last but not least I looked to see if the price of the cars were to good to be true and the cars were priced reasonable, especially since its harder to find a good used car these days as new cars have been marked up and hard to find. We decided to give them a shot as their website mentions no suprise fees, shows the honesty of the business your dealing with. We arrived to see the 2007 Sonata. After looking at it in person it looked better than the online pictures, four new tires and the inside was super clean as was the outside, Anthony showed us all of the cars features and asked if we wanted to test drive the car, no gimmicks, no stories. We were then introduced to the owner Winston who finished the sale and he could not be more pleasant, this was a great experience from start to finish, we love our new car and the cost was very good for an older car that was kept in excellent shape. I recommend this dealership as it's very hard to find people that just make a honest living and I am sure Winston sleeps very well at night knowing that his honesty goes a long way, thank you again and you have gained new customers, you are an example for others to follow.

My experience selling my car
I most recently sold my car (June 2022) to ACA. I have to say that I did my homework before I went. I expected to get haggled and beat down but I have to say I got more $ than I expected from a man who was fair and honest. Great experience
I waited this long to post my review just to make sure that the car was good and I didn’t have issues. I bought my car in February 2022 it was a white 2006 Toyota Corolla LE. My experience with Winston the owner was beyond fabulous. He’s a honest guy. He really went out of his way to get me into a car. The car I got was in great condition. No issues. I checked heat, AC, wipers etc and was able to test drive it. I drove it for about 3 mths before taking it for service. When I took it to the Toyota service center they told me the car was in great condition. All they did was top up my fluids and change a few bulbs and also the wipers. I am very happy with my purchase. Thanks Winston for being so honest and helpful.

A Great Deal
Great experience, 100% recommend others to get a car from this dealership. Winston is great people and gives good energy. I was able to buy an SUV with low mileage within my price range. Was not a pushy transaction. Went to another dealership to look at a few SUVs prior to showing up at ACA. As soon as I got to this location I had that feeling this would be the place to find what I want and right on the lot there was a beautiful suv with everything I wanted it to be. Low Miles, Clean, rare color, roomy, smooth driving, fast and at a great price. 24 hours after looking at the car I called Winston up and said I’m taking it and he said you got it, made me a generous offer that I definitely could not pass up.

Honest and Trustworthy
I heard about ACA through my neighbor and headed over there to finalize some things for my car. I was tired after a long day of work and just wanted to get through the paperwork as fast as possible. I miscounted my payment- by A LOT. I was almost $200 over what I owed. Winston counted after me multiple times and could have easily taken the payment without telling me, but instead laughed and let me know what I did. He gave me the overpaid money without hesitation. This is not a fake review- this actually happened just the other day. I highly suggest ACA if you want a trustworthy dealer!!

I am quite pleased with the inventory and the service that I received from ACA! Winston is very easy to work with, and is not a "pushy" salesperson. Savior During Covid-19
Winston saved my family during the pandemic! I live in Harlem and my sickly child has several doctor’s appointments around the city every week. With the homeless taking over the subway system during this time, I couldn’t possibly bring my child on the train. I didn’t have a lot of money but Winston worked with me to find the perfect vehicle for my situation! He was kind and understanding. He kept his social distance and was super respectful by wearing his mask and making sure everyone that came in the office had one on as well. He had free gloves and the office was clean and comfortable. I love my new car! Winston is amazing and I will tell all of my friends and family to purchase vehicles from ACA Auto Sales!

Beyond a human being
Okay I don't know where should I start with my review I have to tell you I saw him there at 1 p.m. and I left at 11 p.m. all the cars he had to let come to the staff members go because of the circumstances that's going on in our country and I understood that I still with him and I waited for him as patient for him he got me approved in 10 minutes auto dealerships got me approved in 10 minutes said about the money that you make because of course it's about the money you put down I stayed with him through all those hours and waited for him cuz you know what he was doing it all by himself I got to tell you I'm old man myself he's a young man he did it all by himself I give him credit I give you Praise by thank you very much got me a prove I got my car and that is the way it is at least that's the way it's supposed to be in the real world very sensible knowledgeable more so family orientated I thank you mr. I purchased a car over 2 months ago . I purposely waited this long to submit my review. The performance of my car (used) is more than satisfactory.what more than anything that impressed me was the Shawn the salesman ,didn’t rush me and upon purchase .he not I heard a slight sound , which he made a big deal for it to be repaired before handed to me . I told him it’s not a big deal , he was adamant for it to be repaired because he said His reputation was at stake . He went on and above ..... We needed to be able to pick up the car the same day and they went above and beyond to make that happen for us! Love the new car and couldn't be happier with the whole experience!

You never quite know what to think when you walk into a used car dealership. But when i walked onto ACA's lot i had a good feeling. I'd called a day earlier to inquire about a car i'd seen on the Cargurus website. I spent about 20 minutes on the phone with Allan. He explained that the car was not exactly what his boss thought it was and was no longer for sale. He suggested that i come in, meet and speak with his boss. He assured me that his boss would work with me to find the perfect car. That is exactly what happened. I met Winston, the owner of ACA Auto Sales. Over the next few weeks he called , text and emailed various cars until one Saturday morning he told me that the perfect car was on the lot. He was wrong. It's parked outside my home. The folks at ACA Auto Sales are FANTASTIC !!! I highly recommend that if you're looking for a quality pre owned car/ truck, give a call to ACA Auto Sales. Tell the Eric sent you !

The Real Deal!!
ACA AUTO Dealership is straight up the real deal!. These guys care about their customers! After searching for a BMW online, checking out the blue book values and visiting several used car dealerships throughout Long Island NY, I realized that most of the dealerships all had a couple of things in common. Almost all the dealerships I visited and researched had jacked up the selling price and piled on a list of crazy hidden costly fees. I came across an add on Cars.com that said ACA AUTOS in Lynbrook NY “No Hidden Fees” So I decided to check it out! When I arrived at ACA AUTO I had the pleasure of meeting Winston, the owner of ACA AUTO and his hard working sales team. I was very impressed by level of service they all provided me throughout the entire selling process. These guys understand their customers, they’re upfront, very honest, knowledgeable and trust worthy. They answered all of my many questions about the BMW 3 series that I was inquiring about. Everything checked out and the BMW I purchased was actually lower then the market value stated. Most importantly ACA AUTO were true to their word and advertisement. I paid NO HIDDEN FEES!! I drove away with a beautiful blue BMW with a low interest rate. The BMW runs smooth and I got a great deal! I can honestly say that I am happy as a clam ;-) Want a dealership that has your back? Want a dealership that knows their stuff? Want a dealership that won’t rip you off? I would recommend ACA AUTO to anyone looking for a vehicle in a heart beat!! First time car buyer!
I cant rave enough about this place! I wasnt able to get approved at a big time car dealership so I called aca auto because I was referred by someone and Winston promised to get me into a car. Not only did he keep his promise, he exceeded that. He got me into a car that I love for an amazing price with low monthly payments and low insurance. He worked with me and trusted me with a lot of things, he also had a lot of respect for my father which I commend him for! I would recommend this car dealership to anyone looking to get into a car!!
